i absolutely love what you guys have done with soldat, and i would kill to make a mod for it. I plan on making new models, weapons, and highly interactive maps similair to Wolfenstien Enemy Territory (only sidescroller..heheh). Let me refrase that abit. I know how to animate, and change the weapons and characters, but what did you use for the programing and editing needed to MAKE the weapons...

You can't.

Just remember that Soldat was made by one person, not a team. Though a few things are contributions by the community.
