First of all I'd like to say good job on the new version; although it's still in beta...it was a nice surprise when I paid a visit. Shame about the timing though; don't really have time to test it...
Well, I played a couple of rounds with Stalky, and I noticed that the Auto-Demo-Record thing isn't the way it was suggested...props for implementing it and all, but I think you should improve it.
As BManx (whatever his name is) said in his topic when he suggested it, it should be recording all the time, and only temporarily keep the stuff that's happened in the last 10-15 seconds. So, when you hit F8, it saves that 10-15 second period, and carries on recording. This would be ideal.
