Make sure that you have installed the latest version of Soldat from www.soldat.pl
selfkill.com.
Please download this file and replace it with lobby_servers.txt in your Soldat folder: http://www.soldat.pl/downloads/lobby_servers.txt
Soldat will use the fastest server and soon both servers will synchronize, so you will not notice any difference, except the speed.
If the lobby still doesn't work, then it's really offline. This happens from time to time. There's no need to create a topic about this.
There are a few alternatives while the lobby is down:
