Okay... I was working on openMapper when I ran into a couple problems. I realize that it would be better to work with a team on this. If anybody has delphi 2005 and is willing to program with me I'd be a very happy man.

Sorry, I would help you, but I'm no good at Delphi and don't have that version anyway. If your problems are general non-Delphi-specific problems, I might be able to give some advice.
