I was playing around with the flag tossing and it seems to me that the flag was tossed too far, I mean like halfway across the map. I think it should be reduces about 1/2

I second this notion. I just keep picturing clan matches where a player's sole purpose is to reach the flag and quickly toss it halfway across the map, to give his team a shot at relaying it for the cap.

Michal mentioned somewhere in here that he knows the power of flag throw is screwed up. I expect he'll have it fixed in next beta.

I like the long range.. I think it's gonna make the game so much more exciting..

Yes i also like the range, but if u want to decrease it, maybe make the throwing more accurate, maybe like throwing a grenade, because it's not really possible to "aim" at the moment...

It shouldn't be possible to "aim" or to throw it too far in my opinion.
it's only flag, should only be droped, nothing more than that if u ask me.

Agreed.

The flag can't be simply dropped, since the flag would just be picked up again by the yourself again. It needs to be throw or toss to another place. Unless you are moving, but there is still a possibility of touching the flag while dropping it. So I don't think that would work out well.
