htf_tower: I think you should add some surroundings, since it's easy to get out of the map, and in htf, that's a very big nono.
htf_futura: The upper platform, which you can shoot through, has some bugs: the lower one on the right doesn't block anything, so you can jump through the wall on the top right part.

Futura and Tower fixed
- unbounced and fixed upper bridge in Futura
- added surrounding polys to Tower

Could you please fix the spawn points of htf_Tower. It sucks starting with 50% health when choosing a new weapon or saying something!

I've been meaning to mention this. It really does suck when you type something after dying and die again due to the hurt polys. Remove the spawn areas and make people spawn with parachutes in the air instead.

i think leave the spawn point, and remove the whole spawn area, so take out the "C" shaped polygons

I want to force ppl to move around on this map. Now spawning downside would suck, as either the flag would be just beside or you'd have to fly across the whole map at first, and parachutes would even suck more ;o
So this spawn area is part of the concept. On publics ppl dont mind too much about talking when dying and in clanwars youre ought to play, not to talk, and if you really feel like it, invest a single second in leaving this small base area and stat chatting then.

The spawns can get annoying sometimes, but like you said, people can just sit on the ice surface above it. Maybe if you changed the settings of the spawn polygons, like the entrance is icy, so you slide down, and the bottom hurts.

Since one or two spawnpoints are directly above the bottom poly of the base, and sliding down from the left or right one wouldnt save you a lot of time, I don't think that would make a lot of sense. If you wanna chat, just fly out of the base and let yourself fall to the ground of the map, which is not hurting at all :p

all of the htf maps are now on the u13 beta server, but the gamemode and stuff aren't really set for the server, so /adminlog /mode and /map to get what you want. admin pass and gamepass are genericpass
