For the heck of I modded knife and chainsaw to the m79 bullet and the punch to the regular bullet. The knife and chainsaw jsut blow up your soldat when you fire them, and when you punch you baisclly "shoot" yourself, I think these should be looked into since I don't think people want their weapons to kill them...

There are ways to get around these things. I'm not sure how, but I remember that Sticky made his chainsaw actually fling cluster grenades just a short distance in front of you, where they'd explode on their own in mid-air.

you can do that by changing the speed. Also the same thing for the flamethrower , all explosion at the end of the flame distance :o.
