Alright here's the situation:
Serial Killer and I were on my server testing out the /kill command.

I have numer 1
Serial killer has number 2

When I do: "/kill 2" I get a message "Serial Killer has been killed by admin". This message however, is not received by Serialkiller.
The same happens vica versa, when Serialkiller does /kill 1 he will get the message, but the victim won't.

In short: When an admin does /kill x, the admin will receive the message, but everyone else won't.

aye, the message should be public + logged (dunno if its being logged already, but it must be public)

I was testing it as an admin so... I'll fix it.
