I'm seeing that servers are still having trouble registering consistently with the lobby.soldat.pl lobby, but are still fine with the selfkill lobby.

Michal, you had said something about the client in 1.3 reading from both lobbies and displaying a combined list or something... is this the case? People still complain about my servers not showing up in the lobby.

I looked at http://lobby.soldat.pl:13073 and the servers tend not to be there, but most of the time they show up at http://selfkill.com:13073 but not in the in-game lobby.

What is the status of this bug being fixed or worked around? The number of people that complain about it is quite annoying and i'm curious if there is any new information that i can give them

Well I guess it is not working correctly. I had to wait for a while to see how it works. I'll try to fix it.
If the server appears on http://selfkill.com:13073 and not in-game, it means that the list was downloaded from lobby.soldat.pl, because the client uses the fastest server.

EDIT: I did some experimenting and it seems that my server can easily register with lobby.soldat.pl after I restarted it (it had problems before). I don't know if I fixed something or if it just behaves like this because it's a fresh run. We'll see what time tells.
What about on your side?

restarting the server doesn't help. i'm not sure if you're aware of how u13 works, but 2 of the servers run on automated schedules, they go up twice/day for a couple hours and then go down. no matter how many times they restart, it is pretty rare that they stay in the lobby.

I'm starting to think that it might be possible that this only happens on windows servers, because it seems that my 2 full-time linux servers don't encounter this. It may happen on both linux and windows, but the fact that the linux ones are 24/7 might give them an opportunity to connect and stay connected, i'm not sreally sure

The Selfkill beta server wasn't registering with lobby.soldat.pl, but today after I uploaded a new lobby it's working. I'll do some more tests with Windows servers.

the selfkill server is windows, correct?

I didn't check on the status of this problem during beta, since i had my beta server not even try to register with the lobby, i just set lobby_register=0 when i was setting it up. I'll try and get more information for you as my servers spend more time on 1.3
