Requirements :
A Spas-12, an s.gun , and a collider.

Results :
You kill yourself.

Examples :
The s.gun on the Bravo side of ctf_Kampf. Or either s.gun on ctf_Voland.

How to do it :
Aim your s.gun at the collider that is very close by (the big box next to the one on Bravo side of Kampf for example) Make sure you're not too far away from the s.gun (as in: you must be sort of 'covered up' by the s.gun)

Good things :
It only happens if you're using a Spas.

EDIT: This bug isn't present in 1.2.1.

I think it's about the spas being able to ricochet off from impossible surfaces.. or something. How the hell did you find it?
