If you initiate a vote you automatically vote yes for it.

Imagine, for example, that we are 2 or more in server, and the other guy(s) made a vote few moments ago, so he(they) cant vote again in some mins, so he(they) ask me to make a vote, but.. i dont want to vote yes.
They would have to wait to make new vote. :|

Its not that hard to happen in a server with 3/4 guys.
And since it can happen, it should be avoided.
