Muzzle Climb in Realistic

I have been playing a lot of Realistic Survival recently and I noticed that being above or below an enemy is much more advatangeous than shooting at one from the side. This is because the current way that recoil works is that the cursor reticle goes straight up during continuous fire. This works well for horizontal opponents forcing them to control recoil somehow, but for vertical ones, people can still just fire as recklessly as they do in normal mode.

I think this is a problem, because it's not realistic and detracts from the tactical gameplay that realistic mode offers to players. So, I propose a change to the current system. Instead of having the cursor go straight up, the cursor should move in the direction perpendicular to the direction the soldier is aiming in.

BTW - On a related note, I noticed that the speed of the bullet (according to the weapons.ini) seems to have a direct relationship to the amount of muzzle climb a weapon has. Just need someone to verify this.
